Firstly – you can read the Maharajahs blog for the latest news and on our Indian restaurant in Edinburgh.  Our monthly Featured Dishes are a popular read and you can comment on any of  the entries you read.  You can also subscribe to our RSS feed.

Secondly – you can like the Maharajahs Facebook page where you can tell us what you think of us as well as reading what other people have to say.  If you think something is interesting, you’d like to know more – or just feel that I write with too many hyphens – just type away and let us know!

Order your Takeaway online

From our online ordering page you can order takeaway food to be delivered or to be collected depending on your preferences. Just fill in the online form and your food will be ready just as it would if you had called.

Book a Table online

Throughout our site you will find our online form for booking a table. Just tell us when you want to come – and how many of you there will be.

Whichever you go for – we look forward to welcoming you and providing you with an Indian meal beyond your wildest expectations.

The world and its mother seem to be on Facebook these days – and surely it’s getting to the stage that even sceptics are starting to accept the inevitable. If you’re still resisting – we can offer a little bribe to try and help you make the decision!

Free Starter

Our little Indian Restaurant here in Edinburgh has a Facebook page where you can keep in touch with everything we are up to – see what other people think about us – and one more thing too! Click to say to Like us on Facebook and you’ll be able to print off a voucher for a free starter – bring it along next time you pop in!

There are over 400 million people across the world on Facebook and apparently each has an average of 130 friends.  Furthermore there are also 160 million pages, groups and events for people to interact with and the average user is connected to 60 of these.

Here at Maharajahs we have one of the 160 million pages, and all we are asking you to do is ‘like’ our page (taking your total to 61!!).  To say thank you we will give you a  free starter when you are next in for a meal.

Our Facebook page continues to go from strength to strength – and we try and keep it interesting and useful by adding things like the best bus routes for coming to see us. What we are still also offering is our voucher for a free starter if you like our page.

To get the voucher – you need to be logged in to your profile – and then simply click the ‘Like’ button (the one with the little thumbs up). After that – you’ll be taken to the voucher page – just print if off and bring it in and a free starter is all yours! We’d recommend one of the Puris (Chick Pea for you vegetarians – and prawn for you seafood lovers).

Every few days we give you an update on what we think is the most interesting things that are going on in and around our restaurant.  What you may or may not know – is that you can comment on any of our stories.  Find them interesting – tell us.  Find them dull – you can tell us that too.
