Being described on our menu as being ‘cooked in a special metal bucket’ perhaps doesn’t sell this great dish to everyone.  Firstly, just to reassure you – the bucket in question is a special flat bottomed cooking vessel – similar in style to a wok made of cast iron.

Secondly, the enjoyment of this type of dish all across the UK has resulted in Indian Restaurants being branded as Balti Houses by their regulars!  Our Chicken Balti is a delightful dish in a rich sauce where spice combines with sourness to quell your hunger.
